Examination
Assessments and Terminal Examinations will be held to register the progress of the students. The marks obtained in these will be taken into consideration when deciding his/her promotion/ ranking.
Nursery and K.G. children will be assessed periodically and on the basis of it they will be promoted.
Students of class IX
th
-XII
th
will be governed by the rules laid down by the C.B.S.E. and the College Education Directorate, Lucknow, U.P. The pass mark in each subject is 33%.
If a student is absent for an examination he/she may not be permitted to appear for it at a later date. In case of illness a Medical Certificate has to be submitted immediately and the child's general performance will be taken into consideration.
Absence from a paper or failure in any subject excludes a student from being ranked in order of merit in the examinations.
Students having less than 75% of attendance must submit an explanation letter to be excused at the discretion of the Principal.
All the fee must be paid before the respective examinations, failing which students will not be permitted to enter the Examination Room/Hall or result will be withheld.
All cases of doubt regarding promotion are left entirely to the discretion of the Principal. His decision shall be Final.
The School does not undertake to retain the answer scripts for more than three months after the Examinations.
A student failing for two successive years will be asked to withdraw and issued T.C.
