Fee Rules

  • This is an unaided minority school and does not receive any financial help from the govt. or any other agency and the only income of the school is the fee realized from the students. Hence it becomes necessary to increase the fees from time to time depending on the increase in the salary of teachers and increase in cost of maintenance.
  • Fees is payable for the whole academic year, irrespective of the time of admission/or broken period of holiday or any interruption.
  • Fees is to be paid in instalments regularly in the Bank.
  • A Late Fee of Rs. 300/- per instalment will be payable for each instalment. If any parent has a genuine reason to extend the due date, may approach the Principal before the due date and seek an extension date for particular instalment.
  • If the defaulters do not pay school fees and accumulate two or more instalments without the prior permission from the principal, a fine of Rs. 300/- will be charged for every subsequent instalments.
  • If fee is not paid for two instalments, the name of the defaulter will be struck off the rolls
  • The cheque of any nationalized bank will be accepted. If a cheque bounces an extra fine of Rs. 300/- will be charged. If a cheque paid for more than one student bounces, Rs. 300/- will be charged for each cheque/child.
  • A Bank Pay-in-Slip booklet will be provided to each student at the time of admission indicating the amount of fees to be paid, and all other relevant fee rules.
  • Fee defaulters will have their names struck off the rolls and full re-admission fees will be charged before the defaulters are allowed to join classes.
  • Fee defaulters will be debarred from appearing at the examination/participating in any college activities and no T.C./ other records/certificates will be issued to them until all dues are cleared.
  • Fee is subject to change/revision from time to time as per exigencies, though every effort will be made not to have any changes made during the session and parents will be required to pay the amount as applicable
  • No concession, just beacuse third child is being educated in the same school.
