Examination & Promotion

  • Assessments and Terminal Examinations will be held to register the progress of the students. The marks obtained in these will be taken into consideration when deciding his/her promotion.
  • Nursery and K.G. children will be assessed periodically and on the basis of it they will be promoted.
  • Students of class I-XII will be governed by the rules laid down by the C.B.S.E., Delhi for promotion.
  • The pass mark in each subject is 33%.
  • If a student is absent for an examination he/she may not be permitted to appear for it at a later date. In case of illness an application should be given to the Principal on the same day and a Medical Certificate has to be submitted within 3 days.
  • Absence from a paper or failure in any subject excludes a student from being ranked in order of merit in the examinations
  • Students having less than 75% of attendance must submit an explanation letter to be excused at the discretion of the Principal.
  • All the fee must be paid before the respective examinations, failing which students will not be permitted to enter the Examination Room/Hall or result will be withheld.
  • All cases of doubt regarding promotion are left entirely to the discretion of the Principal. His decision shall be Final.
  • The School does not undertake to retain the answer scripts for more than three months after the Examinations.
  • A student repeating for two successive years in the same class will be asked to withdraw and T.C. will be issued.
