Leave of Absence
A minimum attendance of 75% of the working days is required for promotion.
No student should leave the school compound during the class hours without the written permission of the Principal.
No leave of absence for the whole day or part therof is granted except for serious reason and only on previous written application from the parents or guardian.
Regular attendance is an important element for successful work. A previous written application for leave must invariably be submitted. In case of sickness and other unforeseen circumstances, the students returning to the School must present the leave note and show the teacher-in-charge their Regularity Record duly signed by the parent
All the students should be in school on the first day of each session. Those who extend their vacation or absent themselves without the previous permission of the Principal for more than 10 days may have their names struck off the rolls.
Application for medical leave for more than 3 days should always be accompanied by a medical certificate from
MBBS
qualified doctor with his Registration Number. All the applications for leave should bear the signature of the parent or (in their absence) guardian who are directly responsible for the student. Failure to bring such an application for leave makes the student liable to be sent home.
A student who for some unexplained reason has been absent for 10 or more days,
makes the student
liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls without notice. If readmitted it will be considered a fresh admission.
A month's notice of withdrawal
must be given in writing duly acknowledged by the office, or a months fees in lieu thereof in addition to their T.C. fees and fees for the duration the name is on rolls, will be charged
